I recommend listening to one of our guest interviews before our interview!
All of our listeners are involved in the health & wellness industry in some capacity.
OUR CONVERSATION IS INFORMAL.
Our questions and our script is just a guideline. The best conversations are the ones that are authentic, so if we go off script - all good! Prepare a few points that you absolutely want to get across, but planning every word isn't necessary.
YOU'LL TELL YOUR STORY.
You'll receive an outline at least 24 hours before we record, but be prepared to talk about how you got started in fitness, and how your story could help others in the industry who are just starting out.
WE'LL CHAT BEFORE WE HIT RECORD.
We won't be hopping right into the interview. I'll answer any of your questions and we can go over our topic before we start!
